What we coordinate

Kayseri Care Travel is a coordination office, not a clinic. We organise the path to treatment: the physician assessment, the appointments, the airport transfer, the accommodation, interpreting during consultations, and the follow-up once you are home. The treatment itself is carried out by physicians in their own clinics.

What we deliberately do not do

• We do not diagnose and we do not give medical advice.
• We do not publish prices. Cost depends on the plan the physician sets after reviewing your case.
• We do not promise outcomes, and we do not rank clinics by promised results.

How a request is handled

1. You describe your situation and share any existing reports.
2. We put the file to the relevant physician and come back with the assessment.
3. You receive a written, itemised proposal — scope, duration, what is and is not included.
4. On agreement we schedule the treatment date and build the travel plan around it.
5. After you return we stay the contact point between you and the clinic.

Areas we coordinate

Aesthetic and plastic surgery, hair transplantation, dental treatment, obesity and metabolic surgery, eye treatments, general check-up, and neurology follow-up including migraine, epilepsy, MS, Parkinson and sleep disorders.

Languages and support

Coordination runs in English, Dutch, German and Turkish. You keep one point of contact from the first message until after you are home.
