Who We Are

Kayseri Care Travel is an organization founded on personal experience, entrepreneurship, and a clear mission, specializing in medical health travel to Turkey. Our goal is to offer people a faster, higher-quality, and more humane healthcare alternative to systems with long waiting times.
Kayseri Care Travel operates actively in Turkey and has an official office in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. We work exclusively with certified hospitals, specialist doctors, and accredited healthcare institutions, and we hold all required legal permits and documentation.

Why Did We Establish Kayseri Care Travel?

Like many people, I believed for a long time that my health was in good condition.
While I was in Turkey, despite not having any serious complaints, I decided to undergo a comprehensive full-body health check-up.
The results came as a complete surprise to me.
I was diagnosed with advanced triple cervical disc herniation that had been present for a long time. The doctor asked me a simple question:
“Don’t you have any symptoms at all?”
I replied:
“When I wake up in the morning, my arm sometimes feels numb and my neck hurts, but I always attributed it to sleeping in the wrong position or using the wrong pillow — like many of us do.”
The doctor clearly explained that this was not a coincidence and that these symptoms were directly caused by the cervical disc herniation.
The conclusion was clear: surgery was necessary, and delaying it any further would be risky.
Wait or Take Action?
I immediately informed my doctors in the Netherlands. Their response was familiar:
• First, appointments
• Then, the referral process
• Followed by a waiting period of at least 6 months or longer
At that point, I made a conscious decision. I chose to undergo surgery in Turkey the very next day. The operation was successfully performed. I stayed in the hospital for two nights and then returned to the Netherlands.
Today, four months after the surgery:
• I have no pain
• No numbness in my arm
• No neck pain
• No limitations in my daily life
Most importantly, I have regained my health.
